"Upon arrival, the property made a great first impression — the lobby was beautiful and the atmosphere was welcoming. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill once we got to our room. The bathroom had someone else’s hair still in the shower, there were what appeared to be boogers and scuff marks on the wall next to the bed. Not the standard you expect when checking into a hotel. "Loved it here but the water pressure on the 11th floor was poor and the toilet was right next to the shower making it hard to manoeuvre. The lady on the front desk was friendly and efficient. Really liked the window shutters and the view, and the bed was really comfy. Would stay again."

"None of the rooms are quiet due to the proximity to the Freemont Street Experience. Building is very old, furniture was dated. They do offer no resort fees and free parking. Shower fixtures were very nice. Staff was friendly. They tend to push the "haunted" narrative, probably great if you want a ghost hunting experience, was not a good choice for business travel."

Was expected to pass through the parking lot multiple times just to check in and then go back through to go through the club entrance. Ended up not even staying. Reserved elsewhere."
