"This was out second stay at Smithfield Inn. It is a beautiful inn. The staff was very nice & hospitable. The first time we stayed we ate breakfast in the inn dining room which was much better than the bakery/cafe where your abreast now."

The front desk people were super nice and helped me extend my stay when my work schedule changed. 64E and lots of shopping and restaurants are right there. "The staff was very helpful when our TV wasn't working and when we couldn't figure out our AC. They even helped with our toilet and cleaned and replaced our towels while doing so. And our light under the microwave needed to be replaced too. I thought you guys provided things like silverware, plates, cups etc... but I was wrong. I wish we'd still had a lamp or some kind of light at or near the dinner table as it's too dark for me. The only other thing is the 50 dollar deposit when checking in. I...
"Walked in to check in, lady at desk started to yell at me because im cheap, didnt pay enough for my room. I dont have any thing to do with the price, i got the price that expedia gave me.
Got to the room and there were ticks in the bed.
So the guy at the desk moved our room

When i checked out and wanted my $50 back, at 7;30 am the lady at the desk was very rude again. We didnt smoke in the room.
