"Super helpful and nice staff thank you"

"This is my third stay and it just keeps getting better! I was in town to attend the Princess Buffet with my granddaughters which happened to be located in the hotel's restaurant. Whoever organized this event did an amazing job! The decorations, food and treats for the young princesses were wonderful and well thoughout. The best feature was the very talented young women dressed as Disney pricesses who sang and greeted each girl at their table to chat. That being said, my room was fresh and...

"Pool was amazing"

"The property was immaculate and staff were very friendly and helpful! We were down for Hampton’s Homecoming and the price was very reasonable considering the events for the weekend. I would definitely recommend this location & rebook for my next visit."

"We did not like the fact that they didn’t fixed our door right away.It took them 7 hours to fix it. We went out to viewing at a funeral home so our things were left unsecured for 7 hours. The front desk said the maintenance man will come with in 1 or 2 but didn’t come on time. Our door was fixed after 4 pm"

"Muy cómodo el lugar, muy limpio y privado"

"The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked."

"Good breakfast and coffee excellent staff smooth check in"

"Nice hotel! Comfortable beds. Rooms are clean and appear well maintained. Complimentary breakfast in the morning was very good! Staff is friendly and accommodating. Good price point for the location. It’s located about 5 minutes from the Williamsburg Vistor center. Very nice! My wife and I spent a long anniversary weekend here. We would stay here again!"

"Older property which needs a lot of maintenance abd updating. Howver, the bed was comfortable and quiet."

"Staff were very nice. A lot of surgical patients stay here. Room refrigerator doesn't have a freezer section to freeze the ice packs. It would be nice if freezer space were available to freeze the ice packs"
