Helpful staff with the bags (there are stairs to climb and no elevator). Charming room with lots of character - and about average size for a London hotel room. "

Get a reservation at nearby Bouchon Racine for a fancy French meal while you are here. About a 30-40 min walk to main attractions like Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, but the advantage is that you get to stay out of the large tourist crowds. "

"It was a small room but I did not want for anything. There was a pull out draw under the bed which fitted my (medium size) suitcase. This meant I could open my suitcase, leave it open, with easy access to everything and then, with ease, slide it under the bed out of the way, leaving the room looking neat and tidy. I now want this in every room I stay in. "

"I enjoyed my long stay at nhow. It is conveniently located near bus lines and a few short stops away from the St. Pancras International train station. The staff from check-in to check-out were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The rooms were spacious and always clean. I enjoyed the complimentary bottled water in the room as well as the tea, and the mini fridge. I dined at the restaurant for lunch and the food was pleasant.
