"Good hotel for price. It’s showing a little wear however, it was very clean and perfect for a one night stay. Other reviews have mentioned proximity to Rock City and some noise but we didn’t hear any noise and it was a Friday night.
All staff were super pleasant and nothing was any trouble. Special mention goes to the reception staff who were fantastic."

"Loved it, very close to places of interest and easy to walk around to the town and find our way back. Place was well cleaned, though they did reuse our sheets one day for a swap. Understandable i suppose. Spent 10 mins awaiting someone to come to the front desk to check in on arrival, but was always manned nearly every other time. Otherwise, incredibly enjoyable stay."

"The Staff were excellent, friendly, professional, lovely. The barman we met, sorry we did not take names, was so knowledgeable, made our visit extra special. Then the dining experience made us feel very special, very attentive, polite service from the team. The breakfast was awesome, all the ladies working there were so nice, superb. We also had the pleasure of meeting a lady working at the bar, remember her name, she did write it down, Sabina had a beautiful smile and chatted to us...

"Central location. Room 6th floor quite noisy on road side. Tea tray replenished and towels were replaced however bed not made up? Bathrobes not supplied as we’re supposed to have been. On arrival told breakfast was an extra charge (this was pre paid). Brought all my concerns to attention after checking they said breakfast was included but no outcome with the robes. "On arrival at the Holiday inn, we booked our car in straight away, which was only £5 for the night. We then checked in with the front desk who explained where our room was, we needed to pay a deposit which wasn’t mentioned on booking, but was ok.
We went to the room which was spotless & very well designed with the most amazing shower, it was huge…..
The bed was massive, made with a quilt and 2 pillows each. The curtains were sealed down the side so when closed there was no outside light coming...

"Great location, I’ve stayed here many times over the past few years. Hotel offers free car parking. And great views of Jubilee Campus.
The Flexi card (to access the room using my phone) didn’t work. So I had to get a physical card. But other than that - a straightforward visit.
Sometimes noise from the atrium did echo around the building - but it wasn’t a huge problem"
