"We stay 3 nights and 4 days and everytime we ge had our breakfast theres an issue on us regarding wearing bedroom dresses. They call our attention about wearing bedroom slippers but we saw some other guest wearing theirs(foreigner). Is it because they are foreigners so they are exempted? we extend a day expecting to have a free breakfast We fall in line early to have our breakfast but we are surprised that our name are not included. "I needed to be moved to another room the next day. I informed one of the stuff that everything has been packed and ready to move since I was going somewhere during the day I came back at night and my stuff has not been moved when I went to the desk. I was told that nobody informed them that my luggage are all packed . So the message wasn’t relayed."

I exclusively seek out Citadines in Manila and Cebu because trust me when I tell you, there is simply no other hotel that can beat the overall value and experience of a Citadines hotel. The price is always so good for the 1 bedroom apartments. They are always so nice and feel like a real home. The staff are all Five Star level and the hotels are located in the best area's with the best food, shopping and entertainment nearby....
