"口コミが大変遅くなりましたm(_ _)m 高齢の両親と弟と私の４人で、２泊お世話になりました。何十年ぶり？？かの久々の家族旅行でした。 館内は清掃が行き届いていており、温泉もとてもいいお湯でした。お料理も、牛肉が苦手な母に合わせて、別の料理を出していただき、大変助かりました。どのお料理も、とても美味しかったです。 ずっとお礼が言いたくて、すっかり遅くなってしまったのですが…。 夕食の時にテーブルについていただいた、私たちと同じ九州出身のホテルの方が、とても素敵な方でした。２日後に弟の誕生日を控えていて、「お誕生日おめでとう！」と乾杯していた様子を見て、お誕生日のプレゼントと、【Happy Birth Day】のチョコのプレートをデザートに乗せて持ってきていただきました。思いがけない心遣いに、とてもあったかい気持ちになりました。 本当に、とても楽しい思い出になりました。まだまだ、観光しきれなかった場所もありますので、また滋賀県に遊びに行きます。その際は、また、そちらに宿泊したいと思います。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました！"

"Booked this as an anniversary present and it was a great place to stay. The venue is beautiful with different areas to eat dinner and a buffet for breakfast. Different Onsen's to use if you don't have one in your room. We had 1 in our room which was big enough to fit 2 people and had a view and slightly open so you got a wonderful breeze. "This place is amazing! Extremely clean and beautiful property. Very authentic and traditional experience. Not much English on signs and instructions, which made it a great experience. Onsen is wonderful, and very hot! Slippers and robes when you arrive. Definitely stay here if you’re in the area."
