"We stayed at The ROW for three nights during our NYC trip. We had read about the recent renovations, and the lobby definitely delivered a boutique hotel feel on a larger scale. We booked a larger king corner room and were pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was for a New York hotel. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize it was an adjoining room, so we could hear nearly everything our neighbors said and did. The bathroom was small but functional. A mirror at the desk would have been helpful for getting ready while the bathroom was occupied. The room was generally clean, although we noticed a few stains on the carpet, chair, and wall, along with loose hair in the bathroom upon arrival. The front desk staff was friendly, but some seemed unfamiliar with property amenities, such as the Citi Bike discount, and had to redirect us for answers. We appreciated the option to store our luggage after checkout ($10 per bag) before our later flight. However, the process was frustrating, with over an hour spent waiting in line because only one person was handling bag check. The location is easily the hotel’s biggest selling point, just steps from Broadway, Times Square, the subway, and countless attractions. Overall, we’d rate our experience around four stars. There were plenty of positives, but a few areas could use improvement to make the stay truly exceptional."

"The location of the property is best.. it is right in time square and easy access to places to eat. Breakfast was included and good quality food and multiple places. Rooms were decent. Only thing is that they were out of body wash but they provided soap bars."

"Staff was attentive and quick to respond to any concern that came up. The location of this hotel is really what you pay for as you’re conveniently located a few steps away from Central Park, the Lincoln Center, and the major subway station in Columbus circle. I felt safe the entire stay and well taken care of as housekeeping came in everyday of our 5 day stay."
