"Clean and polite"

"Apart from a few stray hairs and very mild stains on the bedding (which seems to be the case at the vast majority of places), the room was very clean and cozy. Well lit room, great shower, immaculately clean bathroom, mini fridge, microwave, good wifi, very effective heater, and (free) parking very close to room. Staff was very welcoming upon arrival, and everything worked as expected, making White Oaks an amazing value for my stay in the area!"

"Nice quiet hotel , close to everything but tucked back in a bit of a wooded area so there's not a lot of noise or traffic which is great. The breakfast buffet always has a big variety and it changes every day. Lots of coffee, and a nice snack bar in the lobby. The amenities are great. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable -- I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling for business or even with their families. It's great for any reason of travel. 5 stars! "One of the managers by name Lilian was extremely unhelpful when I needed a place to keep my luggage. I was extremely disappointed and have Dec never to stay at the hotel again. I think she needs to be retrained. "

"I stayed the night there because I was going to my brother‘s funeral and the property was very clean. The only issue that I had was that they had just finished cleaning the pool and there was a lot of chlorine in there and it ended up breaking my son out and giving him a rash all over his body that we had to give him Benadryl for he had to take a hot shower and bring my wash all the chlorine off and go to sleep and then the rashes gone, but besides that the stay was fine"

"The staff at the counter was very kind and make us feel welcome at the check in. The room was nice and very clean but, the A/C from our room wasn’t working. After we informed to the staff, they immediately switched us to another room. The breakfast was okay but could be better. My suggestion is to have at least 2 bottles of water in the room for the coffee maker."
