"Extremely disappointed with this place, pictures of the room don’t really reflect how it actually is. Advertised as having air conditioning in the room and there was none, only 6/8 rooms have them. The main bedroom was nice and the bed was comfy, no mirror.
My son was on the sofa bed in the lounge, the cover on the mattress when pulled the bed out was stained, the quilt and pillows had no covers on them!

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"The room was terrible and overlooked an inner brick courtyard. We ordered a bowl and spoon be sent up from the front desk so our son could eat some cereal and no one ever showed up. "Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). "The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience.
