"The room had a decent amount of space, which was a plus, and the sheets were clean. However, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired — the bed skirts, couch, and curtains were visibly stained, and the shower, while functional, felt grimy. A good deep clean would go a long way. Wouldn't rush back, but it wasn't a total loss."

Specifically outlets were so old that male plugs would not stay in the outlet. The floor felt as if it had not been cleaned. Bedding was clean but a cigarette burn was observed in the top comforter. The shower curtain was very dirty and needed to be changed/laundered."

"Some clients were very upset with their room and asked for a refund while I was checking them in. The guy behind the desk was very calm and tried to be as helpful as possible. My room was clean, but the location and the other clients were very sketchy. I tried to check out in the morning (around 8:00 a.m.), but the front desk was still closed."
