"Check in and explained to the front desk I have 2 reservations and that I would like to just stay in my got to room 835 and it did not have heat matienenace then came back with a room key saying I would have to switch rooms. This morning as I was heading out for business I was told the new room is already booked and I would have to pack my things and move to another room. What was the point of me telling them I didn’t want to change rooms? They assured me thatk. Now I’m being inconvenienced"

"They allowed me to do an early check in to accommodate our luggage while taking the car for transport. Staff was friendly for the most part. "

"The room was clean but noticed the baseboards had a lot of dust. There are no amenities. Two little bars of soap. Towels are great"

"Breakfast was excellent! I liked the self-make pancakes, must try. The staff were excellent and the room was very tidy and clean! The only complaint I had was the shuttle pickup at the airport was not punctual and organized. The shuttle was supposed to be coming in at the Newark airport every 30 mins, I waited for more than 1h 15 mins and it never showed up. The shuttle for Embassy suites was kind enough to pick me up as Hampton Inn and suites was right across, it was a bit frustrating to wait after a very long flight. However, everything else was great though!"

"Weed smell billows through your room. Hotel did nothing about it. Potholes are so enormous they will swallow your tires. No parking. Pay for parking but no spaces "
