"Very cozy and quiet"

"Dishwasher hanging out of housing, no seal on btm shower door bathroom flooded twice, radiators filthy, mould throughout shower cubicle, only 3 plates, knives and forks, I expect demand some refund 😕"

"The property was perfect for us. We were a family of 6 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The hosts where fantastic and left us a lovely welcoming note with a few bits in the property we didnt even think of at the time which came in so handy. "The staff was very helpful and friendly. But the house was unsafe and it was dangerous for fire no fire escape from the room. The room hadn't been readied there was no bed linen and it wasn't ready to go into so we had to wait for a hour. "
