"It was perfect for what we needed. A clean, friendly place with an efficient process and staff. We were a late check in because of traveling distance and it was extremely smooth. Thank you for making our stay convenient and pleasant."

"There were so many minor issues that piled up became a pain in the ass, some examples: you have to pay for parking, room is advertised as soundproof and while it's technically true, they didn't sound proof the door so you can still hear noise from the outside, The furniture is nice looking but once you open the drawers they fall apart, their room photos show carpet the floor but our room specifically didn't have a carpet and while the the floor wasn't necessarily very dirty, still was very dusty...

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."
