"Wir haben voll Pension bezahlt, mit der Hoffnung, daß man dort satt und uneingeschränkt essen kann. Bei der ersten Bestellung beim Mittagsessen,wurde uns gesagt,daß hier nur à la Carte bestellen kann,und einen bestimmten Wert pro Mahlzeit nicht überschreiten darf Ansonsten bezahlt Man die Differenz drauf. Wir waren richtig tief enttäuscht, und wir mussten die Gerichtspreise richtig studieren,um nicht drüber zu bezahlen. Nach Reklamation beim Hotelmanager,wurde uns gar nicht weiter geholfen....

"So this hotel had the potential for 5 stars for its range but didn’t make it. First I contacted the hotel repeatedly to ask questions and the Expedia system crashed so I didn’t get any reply.
