"The customer service was excellent.
They had activities and games for the kids. The rooms had everything we needed in it. I like having the whole complete kitchen.It was like standing a little to bedroom apartment.It was very nice."

"The room and property were beautiful and in the perfect location. Unfortunately the plumbing was incredibly loud, we could hear when the adjacent rooms were showering. There was also very little sound insulation from the hall and in between the rooms. There were a few late night check ins during the weekend we were there that kept us up because of the noise levels."

"The room was well cleaned and prepared. Kitchen had a few essentials I needed considering I was only doing a overnight stay. Since it is a virtual site, the check in time is exact no possible early times unless you pay additional fees ahead."

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly and we had a full kitchen. The fireplaces in each room worked so well that we didn’t have to turn on a heater. We were truly impressed with the layout of the unit. We will definitely speak about our travels to whomever wishes to stay in Big Bear. "
