"Friendly staff, nice spacious room, great breakfast. Our only complaint would be the guests / children in the room above us were so loud. Running and jumping through the room very late into the night and again early the next morning."

"This was the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed in in a long time, and we just came back from Disney."

"Room was spacious with 2 queen beds. Our mirrors had smudges on them so they needed to be cleaned better. We did see a few ants too. Beds were not as comfortable as I would have hoped. Staff was very friendly."

"Bed was not on par with chain standards, AC in main areas wasn’t working nor were computers or printers in the business center. Staff couldn’t print a receipt for stay from their computer either."

"The first room had ants but they quickly moved us to another room. Overall a nice hotel."

"Hidden fees, room was a sauna, asked to switch, that room smelled like marijuana, another room was just as hot. Breakfast was mediocre. I won’t stay there again."

"The manager was absolutely terrible to me. I did what he asked me to do and he still kicked me out. He stole another night's rent and the cash deposit. There were no damages. I have never had my money flat out stolen from under me ...and nothing I could do about it because the cops would have fabricated for him to have what he wanted. Especially if they all have common nefarious interests. I will not stop until I have every last dime back. I aSKED FOR the refund SEVERAL TIMES AND HE REFUSEd...

"Will not be staying here ever again. Do not stay here with kids. Advertised breakfast included, literally a granola bar. Ac was nearly broken and couldn't get it to stop screeching all night. Cracks in the floor. Bathroom was wiped down “clean” but awful. If we gad arrived earlier i would have moved to a new hotel. One positive was people were nice."

"The Retreat Center offered a fabulous opportunity for a midpoint stop. The location and property were stunning. The drive into the property offered great promise of a comfortable stay. The after hours check in was simple and the access to the room was right off the main driveway. Parking was easily accessible and close to the unit. The room itself was large, very clean, with a mini kitchen should it be necessary, and a single serve coffee pot was available. The bathroom was very clean, great...
