"Beautiful hotel! I wish they would have warned us the pool had closed down when we checked in, I came down in a swimsuit and towel and was super embarrassed! The room had a random wet spot on the floor, probably from cleaning. But it was still wet when we checked out. The room was SO nice, I will say that I wish the rooms had a microwave. The staff was incredibly kind, I could tell she was working hard covering check ins and the snack desk."

"I liked how close this place was to the airport and the shuttle was very timely/staff were friendly. The general layout of the hotel was a little bizarre. I could not find the ice machine and a couple of the lamps in my room did not work either because they had dead bulbs or simply no longer functioned.
The staff at the front desk, however, were kind and helpful."

"Very slow check in process. Staff not very friendly. When I called they wanted to know which terminal I was in. I'd never been the MSP airport and didn't know what a terminal was. There are two, but Alaska always comes in to terminal 1. So the operator should have told me that. However, I lucked out and didn't have to wait very long to get to the motel from the airport. It's just the the conversation was abrupt."
