"Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Capsule was very hot inside and the toilets didn't have adequate amount of toilet rolls. Also the showers need either better storage to stop clothes etc getting wet or a curtain putting up. The hotel it's self was clean. "

"Clean room - perfect stay for catching the Eurostar train early in the morning - 5 min walk to St Pancras station. I don’t normally stay at hostels anymore but was truly pleasantly surprised and impressed by the cleanliness and hospitality. Would certainly recommend it and I would stay here again."

"Good location east end. Neat bar downstairs.
They nickle and dime you. Breakfast doesn't not include juice or eggs...those cost extra 😬
Nowhere to fill a bottle of water—you must purchase disposable plastic bottles. Anyways...it's mid."

"Located in a peaceful area, conveniently close to Victoria Station with excellent transport links around London.
Good value, clean, comfortable accommodation with the bonus of two kitchens and dining areas for guest use.
The hostel has a good atmosphere with credit due to the great management of Karthik and his team of brilliant staff who are friendly, welcoming and helpful; providing a great guest experience.

"Personal top, 10er Bett Zimmer in Ordnung. Betten sehr durchgelegen und super wackelig (drei übereinander ohne Wandbefestigung, wodurch jede Bewegung alles wackeln lässt). Aber für den Preis ist es spitze gewesen! Vorhänge wären schön gewesen.
Das Frühstück ist vorhanden aber es ist viel zu wenig Platz zum sitzen und das Essen ist wirklich begrenzt. Aber auch hier wieder: Preis-Leistung passt aber wer ausgiebig frühstücken will muss wo anders hin gehen. Vor allem auch für einen anständigen...
