"This is a bait and switch. The bait is the beautiful castle in the main picture but the rooms are actually located in a separate motel looking building. It is implied that the accommodation is in the castln, we were very disappointed that the castle is only for tricking us to go there. Dishonest!
Gave three stars (that is very generous) because the grounds look nice (there is a beautiful castle 600ft / 200 meters away) and the breakfast was good."

We have stayed there many times but now never again. Definitely not a 4 star hotel!
The disgusting lack of cleanliness in the room was our main issues.
We went to sleep in the bed, we noticed there was no sheet, when we pulled back the fitted sheet it was stained! There was approximately 6 or 7 different stains on the sheet! We complained they sent up cleaning staff & she went to put the new fitted sheet on it also was also stained. Nobody is bothering to check if...

"Ich kannte das Hotel von vor 10 Jahren / der Besitzerwechsel hat alles in den Zimmern & auch sonst gut auf den neusten Stand gebracht - ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer was für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt ausgestattet war - war mit dem Roller für ein WE-Trip dort / Frühstücksbüffet war super & ließ aus meiner Sicht keine Wünsche offen. Werde hier nochmal für mehr als ein WE übernachten - habe die sehr zentrale Lage vergessen zu erwähnen & mein Roller konnte ich auch gut & sicher abstellen."
