Hotel dekat Spring Barn Farm Park

"Room not big enough for : suitcases What floor space there was was taken by a free standing AC unit the size of a small bar refrigerator which roared like a 747 picking clothes for the day involved houdini like manoeuvres!"

"Really liked staying in a 356 year old hotel/pub. It was probably my favorite place on our 1 month journey in the UK. It was close to town and had very friendly staff. It was unique and I really enjoyed my stay. Would definitely come back."

"Our room was immediately above the kitchen and the extractor fan was turned on at 6 in the morning, vibrating through the building. We had occasion to complain about noise of "techno" music from a speaker in the kitchen on one occasion and the matter was resolved immediately"

"Modern hotel - nice reception area and nice looking restaurant that served average food with poor service. Room was small and poorly laid out - strange desk area and chair inhibited movement and made it difficult to move suitcases around. Good shower. Worst aspect was dinner experience - food was ok and service a bit patronising about what we should be ordering as extras. Paid the bill and left only to be sent a bill on the journey home saying we owed money for a dinner bill. I rang them to...

"Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...

"We had a very comfortable stay, albeit brief. The room was large and spacious and perfectly adequate for our requirements. If we’d have stayed longer we’d have liked to make the most of the bath. It looked luxurious. The breakfast buffet was very good and served us well"

"I stayed at this hotel on my own for a little bit of me time, and it was just what I needed. I ordered some wine and a takeaway, then spent a lovely evening in the bar chatting and reading. The Poppy Room was clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The following day, I enjoyed exploring the Lanes and doing a bit of shopping. What made the trip particularly special, though, was the staff. Lydia and Valentino were especially warm and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. A...

"Central location to everywhere and great facility to dine in or dine out. Clean and reasonable costs."

"Poor quality bed. Gym isn’t open the hours advertised on Expedia etc. overpriced bar"

"Small hotel, well kitted out rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Sea view rooms have great views of the sea and the pier. Short walk to the beach or the shopping areas and The Lanes. Have stayed there many times and never disappointed. Only thing to be aware of is"

"Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August."
