"Big thank you to all staff at the hotel. Manager and all staff were incredibly helpful. Very nice kind people. Manager also took great care of me. Hotel is own by the prist so no bar and no guest or alcohol allowed. Bare this in mind. But staff are amazingly helpful and lovely people."

"We have often stayed here over the years. It was good to see it's still busy and the pools are clean. Most of the hospitality staff were lovely as always . And the solo guitar player/singer was really good... But, the room was not in good shape. Shower was dirty and only cold water. The room smelt like curry .. It was next to the kitchen and across from cleaning room so it was very noisy ..couldn't open the window for fresh air and the curtains didn't close properly so the bright light was...

One of the quieter accomodations on the Wailoaloa beach front which I really loved as you’re still in the middle of it all and have a peaceful retreat. Lovely views from the pool and dining area. "The staff were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived an hour before check in, and they accommodated us without any hassle. As two college girls staying here, we never once felt unsafe walking around at any point, night or day. The AC worked FANTASTIC, and we actually were cold a couple of the nights. "The room was clean and setting was beautiful.Not enough staff and food limited, only 1 restaraunt for all meals and(not great) Pizza only at another.Ate away from resort as we had a car.Not enough towels for pool or room (daily).Road to resort unsealed and lots of pot holes."

"The property is very well situated close to the Marina. The housekeeping people were simply awesome - they were great. The only thing I could say they could improve on is the shower head - that was not working well, Perhaps, I should have alerted them to that but I didn't. They were very quick to respond to any of our requests/calls. A big thank you to the management."

"This property doesn’t provide simple things like tea/coffee and bottled water amenities in your room unlike most hotels. The hotel baggage help is poor, I called but no one showed up so had to carry my own bag from my room to the front desk to check out. The shuttle service was good. Overall I will give this hotel a 2 Star."
