We had a difficult check-in and didn’t find the front-desk staff helpful or caring, even though we had booked a suite for 5 nights. We were placed to wait in the garden while our room was being prepared and given menus to have something to eat or drink while we waited. No one attended to us for the hour we waited and when we finally went...
