They held our luggage before check in and after we checked out from the hotel so that we could enjoy going to some museums without having to drag our luggage around. "The hotel was okay. Shower door won't close all the way, shower drain clog resulting in backup an water all over the floor to the carpet. No maintenance person is on duty at night so we are dealing with wet carpet floors. The next day, they did fix the drain but not the shower door. The carpet was left air dry and the whole room stinks all night. It wasn't a pleasant experience just a poor customer service. Other than that the hotel is okay."
