"The Resident is so convenient to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station and the theaters. The staff is so kind and helpful. We had one room with two twins and one with a king bed and they each had a kitchen in the closet that included coffee / tea, hot water heater, nespresso machine, sink with filtered water and microwave. It was fabulous. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend and will return on my next trip to London."
