There are cracks in the walls, you can tell where places were just painted or patched over, the keycard slot was finicky where it took 3-4 swipes for it to turn green then you would have to try to get the door open 3-5 times before you could FINALLY get inside. "When we arrived, we were given a room that was already occupied. This was very concerning and uncomfortable. Fortunately, the other guest was clothed and understanding. Glitches happen, but didn't start things off well. We also had booked an accessible room and the (new) room was not. The TV in our (new) room had five circles burned into it. "My sister and I lost power due to a tornado last Thursday so we got a room at Tru. It was our first time staying there but it won’t be our last. This hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk even gave us a tour before we got our room. The pool was nice and surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast was very delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone!"
