"Helpful staff and beautiful grounds"

"Good location, clean, friendly, easy parking. Breakfast was better on the weekend then weekday"

"The room was nice, hotel clean, gym area was okay - 2 treadmills that rattled a little. My niece and her boyfriend enjoyed the indoor pool and they had very nice outdoor areas. The only issue I had was that my tub would not drain properly and even though I reported it, they did not resolve. I had to steadily turn the shower off to allow it to drain so that it didn’t end up around my ankles. That to me is gross and should have been a priority once reported."

"I do not recommend this hotel. We booked a two queen bed room through Expedia. We have three small children as well as my husband and myself. Upon arrival we were given a room with one king bed. The hotel claimed that Expedia sent the wrong information to them, and even though my receipt said two queen beds, they would not honor it. After being on the phone for over an hour with Expedia and Hilton the hotel refused to communicate with Expedia. We were told it is a third-party vendor. You’re...

"The room wasn't very clean. The bathroom shower was clogged and water stood around your feet while showering. There were large crumbs on the microwave stand, and rust inside the microwave. The housekeeping cart was abandoned and sat in the 2nd floor hallway for two days."

"So lost power walking up 3 flights of stairs they could have covered the new parking fee 10 dollars a day not happy 3 huge lots in suburbs should not be charged no lights in parking lot while we were there don’t think I will stay there again after this not happy at all."

"This place used to be nice years ago, but had extremely gone downhill sadly. the windows of room were extremely dirty (we had a doorwall on 1st floor) the glass was so bad I tried to take hot water to clean it myself. I also was on my hands and knees in our hotel room cleaning the floors that were also extremely dirty. Also the bed sunk to the middle and was extremely way too soft and broken in.
