"It was a small but great room. The space is used well with storage under the bed and a pull out little table. The usb plug ins and lights by the bed are convenient. The staff were always available and very helpful."

"The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, that is definitely what makes this hotel. The rooms are nice and clean but beware if booking via Expedia. We chose a more expensive “Superior Double wth En-Suite” over a “Compact Double”, however the owner confirmed that all the rooms are compact, the Superior one have just been refurbished to a higher standard.
No complaints about the hotel itself but you can hear the underground when staying on the first floor so light sleepers should...

"The hotel would be a great place to stay but had maintenance work (redoing the whole 11th floor ) so it was extremely noisy with drilling from 9 AM to 5 PM. Very disappointing.
Did have issues with the shower, but they did sort it out quickly."
