"I’ve stayed in at least 10 hotels on this vacation and this was the absolute worst. The staff could care less about your concerns or requests. They require you to use fans because there’s no air-conditioning and open the windows, but then have parties on till three in the morning. I’m always courteous and asking for options and the stuff clearly could care less about anything you want to suggest. No upgrades no help moving bags no response to emails from Expedia. "Despite being right next to a noisy bar the hotel itself has nice quiet bedrooms. Staff generally pretty helpful. It’s a busy place. You can’t get a hot chocolate in the evening though because they turn the machine off… car park is usually busy and spaces tight. It’s generally it’s a decent place to flop when you have an early flight. I slept well."

"Avoid the kiosk receptionist recommend for booking travel to Heathrow. It says some kiosk Uber but it is not from uber the company and charges 35 pounds or so for 5 minute trip. Better off take bus or if with luggage call actula uber."

"Good Location, Lovely breakfast, Extremely friendly staff. The hotel doesnt have elevators , so be prepared to carry your luggage via the stairs. Hotel does have air conditioning which is very helpful in the summer heat. Fairly old rooms but clean."
