Great breakfast menu - I had steak and eggs for no supplement, which was a lovely surprise, thanks. I don't travel down this neck of the woods very often, but I'd stay again having grabbed...

"The room was clean and the staff were excellent. There is a large sitting room off the reception area that is a great place to meet people or just rest with your party during the visit, which is fantastic. The only challenge was the fire alarm in the room had a VERY bright light that ultimately had to cover with a towel to get off to sleep. Also, the windows aren't great at drowning out the road noise, which is a common issue in hotels on these busy roads, so be sure to bring ear plugs with you....

"Check in was seamless and I was greeted with a welcoming smile. Due to my needs I require a certain room, as this was not available upon check in, they made my room change the next day and made sure all the front desk staff were aware. I really appreciated this, so I didn’t have to keep repeating myself. The staff always greeted you with a hello and a smile and the room was clean and fresh to high standards. I always make sure I stay here when working in Bedford and look forward to staying again...

"What a lovely find , spend only one night but I was very impressed , the bar garden is delightful , my room was very comfortable with lots of room . Dinner and wine were on the expensive side , but worth it for a treat . Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area !"

"Amenities: Broken but addressed by maintenance the following morning: toilet seat, refrigerator. Room annoyances: Fire alarm at 6:50 AM and 11:52AM, air conditioning not working. Staff: On Monday around 7pm, staff told me repeatedly I would be able to extend. To be safe, I made a booking at the sister property (in the same building). Then front desk called at 1pm on Tuesday and told me to leave immediately. Said hotel completely full for the remainder of the week, and were even overbooked by...
