"The hotel oversold the rooms and apparently that means the hotel gets to pick and choose who they want to lie to. My room was supposed to be ready at 12, it wasn’t. I literally chose to come stay here because of the bar. Unfortunately I couldn’t see past the horrible front desk experience. I was hoping to like this place so that my family and friends would have a comfortable stay while in NYC. I will never stay here again or subject people that I love to this place. "The hotel was nice, room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The mini-fridge in the room was purely a minibar with no room for storage (and the door was stuck when I tried to use it). I didn’t ask about this, but it’s something to mention that was unexpected. "
