"The Manchester Hyatt always delivers as expected. They have valet and bellhop which is important to me traveling with a special needs child and I need the convenience of having some help moving all of the luggage up to the room and parking the car for us. The room was well appointed and clean. They do not have any special amenities that we used but the pool looked inviting. We just stayed the night before going on our Disney cruise. It is conveniently close and also they have a Disney counter that can give you extra tags if needed. All in all it was a nice stay and the staff is very friendly and efficient."

"Our stay was nice, proximity to the cruise terminal was perfect for us. We were there for only 1 night for a cruise the next morning, so location was everything for us. Only 2 minor complaints are how firm the mattresses ended up being and the barn door with frosted glass to the bathroom/toilet. Could have been better with even a solid door. We miss regular standard bathroom doors, or even pocket doors, just our bias. Great property overall, the complimentary breakfast was easy and the staff were amazing! I don’t think we would stay again because of the beds, but if you don’t mind firm mattresses, this place is great!"
