"Upon entering the room the stale aroma of cigarette permeated everything despite the bed linen appearing clean. There were no bulbs in the bedside reading lamp which had a broken shade to boot. The bathroom door knob was falling off and a simple fix with the screwdriver kit we had with us took care of it. The door to bathroom was soiled with who knows what grung. I used a hand towel that I soaped up to clean surfaces, chairs counters etc just to feel comfortable enough to put our things down. It needs a complete redo "

"Evening staff at check in was excellent but morning staff was never to be found. I ringed the bell multiple times for service and never came out. When he did he had headphones the entire time he was at the front. "

"Old hotel. One elevator which everyone needs if going to floors 2-5. Stairwells aren't marked clearly. Very thin room entry doors with light seeping in at night. Nights were noisy. Room wasn't cleaned well. No fruit at breakfast, just carbs. Staff was friendly. "
