"It was nice, clean and the staff was pretty friendly. We stayed there because we went to a convention. Our issue was that we had my niece with us. She is 20 years old. One of the restaurants that we wanted to go to, you had to go through the casino, so, we were unable to go. Why they don't have a door to get in outside of the casino is beyond me. Other than that, it was fine."

"No room service. We stayed two nights. No water and no room makeup. Parking was really expensive. We had to call the front desk for towels. We travel a lot and the service was noticeably bad. I never leave reviews but this hotel was disappointing. I hate to leave reviews like this but it was so poor."
