"The apartment was nice enough. It was clean and quiet. Staff was available when I had questions. However, the furniture, particularly the sofa and mattresses were not very nice at all. The master bedroom mattress had remnants of being a firm bed at one time but as since broken down and is incredibly lumpy and unsupportive. Woke up sore every morning. "The hotel's location is excellent. It's less than a 5-minute walk to Michigan Avenue and is conveniently close to downtown attractions, including Navy Pier. I didn't use the hotel's amenities or restaurant, so I can't comment on those. One thing to note is that there is no bell service. If you choose to self-park, the parking garage is about 1.5 blocks from the hotel rather than in the building. I also found the valet staff to be less helpful than expected—they mainly collect your car keys and...
