"Everything was good except for the kids in the hallways running and talking extremely loudly as well as the parents all in one room being very loud. I believe it was a hockey team. It lasted until 11 pm but when you reserve a room in a hotel this type of activity should be limited. Not a free for all until 11 pm. Other than not having any control from the staff of this floor everything else was fine. "

"The staff was great at the property. They accommodated a room change part way though our stay. The first room was 26 degrees and wasn't nearly as clean as the 2nd room. We found a used shower cap, stray hairs in / on the bed and cockroach in the bathroom calling up the shower walls. The 2nd room had a more manageable temperature and was markedly cleaner than the first room. The property appears to be going through a branding change. The pool was closed and there appeared to be a general problem with the HVAC controls in the guest rooms. We probably would not stay here again if in the area."

"Breakfast had good selection of choices the staff around the whole establishment were very friendly and were smiling all the time. Rooms were clean and sound proof."

"The price is reflective of closeness to the airport. The menu in the restaurant is limited and expensive. Alcoholic beverages are overpriced. Dessert menu is overpriced. You may want to bring your own toilet paper as the paper they have for the washrooms are wax paper. Expect to wash after you go. Overall, a clean place to stay. Service was okay. "

"I arrived late, which they accommodated. Staff were very friendly. For a newer hotel I would say the cleanliness was below par, tho not dirty. But elevator did kind of smell like dirty socks. Checked in around 12:30am. Woken up by a text apologizing for a fire alarm (which never even went off) at 1:30am. Actual fire alarm went off at 5:30 am, resulting in an evacuation and having to wait outside until fire department arrived. There was no fire. Worken by another text at 8am asking how my stay was going. No joke. Went for breakfast at the restaurant around 10am and they had no gas to cook any food (something related to fire alarm). Was in town for 30 hours for a funeral, and attended hungry and tired. Flight the next morning was at 6am. Stayed at this hotel for convenience, it was anything but. Very expensive stay for about 8 hours of sleep over two nights and no food. Staff were kind but unsympathetic. I understand they didn’t intentionally set off the fire alarm, but come on. Unlikely I will ever stay here again. "
