"The best thing about Climo is that they are transfers from the airport or exceptional. You get off the sky bus and call them. They come and pick you up. You have to get to the airport on time. They know what time you need to leave the restaurant is adequate."

"One of the worst sleeps I've had. Checked in late around 11pm. Check in process was easy enough. Got to room (6) and the balcony door was wide open. It was 3c outside and felt about same inside. Turned split system on to try and warm up room but blew out cold air for almost 30mins. I need to be up at 5.45am but was so cold I couldn't sleep. Ended up wearing layers clothes from luggage. Followed up with email to hotel and never heard back. Stay at own risk"

"While the room was nice there was no couch. Not all the jets in the spa worked. Couldn't ajust the shower height. No microwave to heat food and no toaster to cook toast."
