"The decor may be dated, but it has been cared for maintained well, is clean, tidy, with ample space and quiet despite its location. And the meals in the bistro better than pub food, so good I didn't want to venture out but was keen for the next meal."

"Yes I would stay here again. The staff were so nice and friendly and happy to help. Yes the hotel is a little run down, but the beds are comfortable and at a great price. Having onsite parking makes it all easy aswell and included in the price. The hotel is close to shops and the hospitals aswell which I needed for my stay. Thank you Arden."

"When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated"
