"We had a very clean room! The staff was amazing! We arrived about 2 hours early but they allowed us to leave our suitcases while we walked down Waikiki beach. They have this awesome promotion with a rental company to rent umbrellas, chairs, snorkel gear etc which was veryyyy convenient for us! Always had a chair and umbrella at the beach because of this amenity. Overall service was great! Can’t wait to go back! We also did self parking and it was so easy to go in and out. Highly recommend hotel! "

"I dinged the rating one star on service because they only gave me one small bar of facial soap for a four night stay. I would have expected a new one to be supplied by housekeeping on their daily straightening up visit. Also, the front desk said when I checked in that they would have housekeeping bring a couple firm pillows to the room. That never happened either. On the positive, the location and view are awesome. I loved the ocean view balcony."

"This hotel was definitely family friendly! Great staff. It took me 2 mins to touch the sand of the beautiful Waikiki beach. McDonalds is just downstairs a few steps away from the hotel. We met a lot of families and had a great time at the hotel. To the cleaning staff- THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING."

"The room was perfect and clean. Interior of the hotel is very pretty and gives a lot of that Hawaii vibe. Staff was very friendly and always helpful. Pool was amazing too. Very close to Waikiki beach and the main street, literally 3-4 min walk. Loved everything about staying in that hotel!"

"Great location with good restaurants in resort as well as nearby. Pool was perfect, but could easily take few steps to Waikiki Beach. Just wish the elevators were all working."
