The second floor connects directly to a shopping mall, train terminal, and bus station. There’s also an airport bus departing from the hotel, making it extremely convenient for travelers."

"Convenient location, huge living space in comparison to other hotels in Tokyo, check-in was easy and the instructions was clear. Overall the place was clean although the floor could've been better. "

Mid trip, I had to swap accommodations with a sibling and they were very accommodating. They were understanding and responded promptly and kindly to my e-mails. "

"The staff are incredibly courteous. The breakfast is delicious and exquisitely presented. We also had dinner one night which was perfection, a very serene and welcoming setting. The waiters make you feel like you are in a seven star resort! The rooms are immaculate. I would recommend those facing the river as it is a lovely view. The hotel is close to a railway station and a plethora of reasonably priced restaurants. Highly recommended. "

"Room was super cute, very clean, easy to find and get into. The instruction packet was SO helpful! I loved the bathroom dryer for laundry, and the bathroom overall was super comfy and great. The bed was good, there were two fridges and I appreciated the cabinet next to the sink. Do note that even tho there are blackout curtains, there is an ad screen right outside the window so there was some flashing light bleeding around the edges. If you bring an eye mask, you would be great! "

"客室、共有部分も含めて全て綺麗でした。 部屋やベッド、シャワールームの匂いもまったく気になりませんでした。 部屋自体はそんなに広くはないにも関わらず、設備の配置やデザイン等のおかげか、開放的でした。（天井が高かった気がします）乾燥の季節はいつもホテルでのどをやられるのですが、 時計に気温・湿度計もついており、加湿器も設置してくれていてとても助かりました。不自由なことが一切ありませんでした。お勧めです！"
