"Room 519. Sofa bed arm badly stained. Tv only provided digital channels. No way to use Or get to Netflix as menu/guide says “not available” when accessing them. Asked front desk about this and they said to go to ch#2. No such channel. Weekend front desk manning/servuces minimal. Recommend Tuesday-Saturday stays to get best services."

"The beds were super comfortable and rooms were tidy. The air vents were disgusting. We were there for a dance comp and the outdoor pool wasn’t open yet. The rooms the kids were taking classes in were like over sized closets which made it difficult to dance, and the room the competition was in was tiny and they barely had a y chairs. The elevators were broken and had extremely long waits."

"The place is so big that it is hard to navigate. There are maps in various locations, but it would be nice if they were clearer to understand. Disappointed that when we took a shower the hot water ran out."

"Room was clean and very nice looking. Staff was polite and easy to check in and check out. We did not get to have the breakfast because we checked out too early to catch our flight but the bar on the 10th floor was nice. Beautiful views but very small menu. There is an option for everyone if you like small bites or bar style food. The view is definitely worth it though. Would come back again. "

"Lack of details. Weak water pressure Empty Hand Soap Box. Why would you place only empty box? Broken front call button - Yall dont want customers to call to front desk?😂 The main issue here - Lobby Side of the room is very noisy none-stop loud music and loud conversation. Front Desk said Quiet time is at 10pm but Bar opens until 11pm. If you sleep early, not recommended. If you have no choice and still need to book this hotel then to avoid this madness ask above 5th floor. I thought hotel was where people sleep not to drink and party all night."
