"It was amazing. For a person who comes from the Caribbean I can tell it was a great place. I felt like I was in Punta Cana, DR. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I loved the restaurants and their menus. The lobby was stunning with all the plants and designs around. I would definitely be back there."

"There is supposed to be a consierge....never saw one in all the time we were there. One of the TV's did not work.even though we notified ,amagement, noone showed up. I understand that is a business but, c'mon,,,,not even a box of tissues. Nothing to make a cup of coffee. I we didnt expect a gourmet breakfast, but always had coffee supplies prepared. The place is just cold and unfriendly. We wont be back."

"Overall this was a dissapointing stay. I stayed at this hotel because it was a good location on the beach and close enough to the stadium the world cup was plaing. The room was big, view was good and the beach access was nice. However, when we check in the room it had a horrible sewer smell in it. The bathroom was just gross. We asked to change rooms and got a lower floor room. It is never a good experience to have a smelly room. Then my dad and I were really excited to watch the UFC fight and...

"Stay away from Hyde Beach House. This place feels like a scam. They fail to disclose a $165 cleaning fee until check-in, which is completely unacceptable and misleading. Hidden fees should be disclosed upfront, not after guests arrive. When we questioned the charge, the staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. There are plenty of places in the area that are more honest and transparent with their pricing....
