"El hotel es nuevo, y todas las instalaciones son limpias, nosotros optamos por ahorrar en el. Hospedaje para gastar en actividades, frende al hotel está un soriana donde puedes comprar todo lo que necesites para los tours que planeas (alcohol y botana jeje) está a 15min en uber de la marina, sinceramente es una buena opción, cuenta con agua caliente y ninguna falla en aparatos eléctricos, el área de oportunidad que tienen es en la administración, el desayuno es muy ligero y pequeño, en expedia...

"Bad service from start to finish. This is not the relaxing 5 star resort they claim to be. It’s a super resort all inclusive money making machine. From start to finish the front desk is not welcoming or helpful at check in or check out. The beach and pool servers are all annoyed to be there outside of 1/4 of the days we had a good server. All 4 restaurants we had bad service at. The food was above average for all inclusive but nothing amazing. They charge highly inflated food and drink prices...

"Un kaos total desde la llegada, la llave no funcionó bajé a recepción 3 veces que no abría la llave, la de recepción mal encarada fue conmigo y abrió el cuarto, quedaro de repararlo, salí a comer y quedaron en hacerlo, llegué y seguía igual bajé a recepción a decirle y la srita con la misma actitud grosera, fue el de mantenimiento a abrir y loas 30 min lo repararon, el baño tenía fuga de agua, ahora estoy pidiendo mi factura y es la hora que no me la hacen "

"Clean rooms and restaurants, staff is super friendly and helpful on the resort, beach view is iffy and the rooms are far away from the actual beach, weird and gross bathtub on the balcony 😳 Be ready to say no thank you a lot bc while it is AI -- they try to upsell you in all areas : food, massage, stores, etc. It gets quite stressful at times bc they continuously are asking for more money whilw there outside of gratuity. Beautiful and relaxing place but far from Cabo so be ready to pay for...
