"The hotel provides great breakfast which is satified and healthy. I skiped it on the first day but immidaitely regret when I tried it on the 2nd day. Be aware the noisy at night, the hotel is near a bank parking lot which could be noisy at night. That's the only downside for me to stay here."

This means we had to be assigned to a room specifically for pets and while I was doing my normal room inspection I found that there were many hidden areas that were very dirty, either from past pets or messy guests. "Room was adequate. Clean enough & comfortable enough. We had an issue with the plumbing twice which were not resolved by the staff appropriately. First night the water from our room poured down into the room below us. Staff blamed us even tho it was clearly a plumbing issue. "The hotel was under construction and although the construction crew finished at 5pm, the concrete plates on the street were constantly being driven over at night and it was so loud. The hotel was charming, the little happy hour with small treats and beverage at 5pm was lovely. The breakfast was so thoughtful and charming."
