"This room was exceptional! Very clean and nicely decorated. I loved the double sinks and shower. They cleaned and made sure our towels were stocked. Very close to the pool and beach. I loved the chairs outside the room. Loved sitting there and watching the waves after dinner."

"Property on the inside looked and smelled clean. Room was clean. Breakfast that was served the 6 days I was there was TERRIBLE. EVERY day they served turkey sausage and cheese omelette. No individual bottles of milk. Pancake machine only half worked. Juices (orange and apple) tasted as though they was severely watered down. Not sure I will be returning to this location."

Stains on everything bed etc. , dust build up everywhere, and curtains were stained and falling apart. Cigarettes on the patio. We paid $40 a night to upgrade on top of our regular payment. "Staff was super nice! Especially Kelly down at breakfast & the custodian (not sure if that’s the correct title). Room was clean. It’s definitely an older Hampton Inn. The luggage rollers were so loud and breaking apart. Elevators took forever & pool was green on our arrival so we didn’t use it at all. Breakfast was great & coffee/tea throughout the day was nice."

"The kitchen need upgrade, there weren’t no utensils/ noticeable molds on bathroom ceiling and sink was not working properly, broken faucet and sink drain! Can also need cabinets replacing, also there’s no vent..!"

"Clean and comfortable condo , directly on the beach with a couple beach chairs in closet for our use . Pool was very nice and some took advantage of late night swims . Plenty of soaps , towels , and even coffee . Only disadvantage was no extra pillows , sheets or blanket for sofa bed , so might want to plan ahead with management . Would stay again."

"There were no chairs on the balcony. The view was beautiful, I wish I had something to sit on to admire it. The air was out in the hallways for the entire stay. The air in the room would not adjust as well. It’s too hot in Florida in the summer to not have the air conditioning unit functioning properly."

"I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again."

Had to wash all the hair out of the tub before showering then dried off with very worn towels with stains. Before we could sleep, it was a game of "Who Can Kill The Most Roaches." That was not cool!
