"Property needs to be updated. Old fixtures and would do good with some painting. Staff is ok - polite , nothing to rave about. Restaurant is good- breakfast was interesting they count how many pieces of food is on the plate and for some reason the food is always cold even though you just place the order. Need also better lighting in rooms especially bathroom."

"Nice place to stay if you are in the area & I would definitely return. It is right on the water with beaches on both sides. It was clean, staff were nice but not too interactive. The room had a deck overlooking the ocean and it was peaceful and serene. Pleasantly surprised at the quality for the price!"

"Barbara was an excellent host, the property and surrounding area are quite peaceful, while only being a short drive from the main road. Winifred Beach (perhaps one of the best beaches in the island, keep it public) is about a 7 minute drive down a (pretty bad) side road a couple blocks over. "Really enjoyed this cute property. Was looking for a nice safe accommodation for one night to be closer to airport and the price was right. The staff who greeted us was so delightful and fixed an issue right away. We were able to walk next door to grab coffee & breakfast so that was an added bonus for the value priced clean accommodations "

"We booked for two nights. Two couples. Don, the General Manager was fantastic. Very impressed with his quick responses to questions, before arrival and during our stay Although the property is being upgraded, hence we had a few little hiccups. But overall, loved the ambiance. The positioning is close to Winnifred beach and Boston bay/Jerk. Worth a visit."
