"Such a perfect stay. The staff are wonderful and extremely attentive, the room was delightful and we got a free upgrade to a suite. The food was delicious (especially dinner in the restaurant) and the spa was just what we needed.

"Great location in centre of Birmingham. Very good value with breakfast included. Room had a super comfy bed and was quiet with excellent in room facilities if you needed them. The air conditioning worked well and was great for me, as it wasn't too noisy. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"Lovely old hall where the restaurants and some rooms are. We were in an annexe which was an old building but new inside. Room was very comfortable. Food was excellent in the bar."
"Plenty of parking at the hotel that was free. Breakfast was plentiful and room was large. Beds were comfortable. Only thing - our room was next to the main road which was noisy during the night with cars racing up and down."
