"Extremely comfortable beds and quiet surroundings with lots of free parking. Pool and spa facilities excellent (but could do with better signs/directions) and very welcome. WiFi is good. Room TVs are very basic and my room seemed to have a fault in the light switches. A little further out from Macclesfield than I was expecting but these are minor niggles. Otherwise, excellent value."

"This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay."

"Positives - beautiful hotel in great grounds. Had tea in the restaurant which was very good. Bed was huge. Negatives - couldn't get bath to work and my wife was kept awake during the night by noise in room next door. Use of the spa was £20 per person (which I was willing to pay) but was then told we couldn't use it until 5pm. We'd arrived at 3pm with plan to go in spa before our friends arrived later. "

"We paid for an upgrade but it was a fairly standard room with a view of the car park. Having said that, the staff were very pleasant, the room was clean, bed comfortable and an excellent power shower. Buffet style breakfast was delicious with additional items freshly prepared if requested. I would happily stay again."

"We recently stayed at Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport. The check-in team were super helpful and friendly, which made for a great first impression. The rooms were adequate overall, although unfortunately the heater in my room was broken, so it was a little cold during the stay. The restaurant menu offered good variety and the food quality itself was very nice. However, the service level from the team was quite poor. We noticed guests waiting a long time to be seated, and we had to chase a...

"Had to attempt to check in x3 times to room not being ready at 2pm - stated hotel was busy, however others being allocated rooms straight away who were on a conference. "

"ターミナル２から駐車場を抜けて、道路を渡ってすぐでした。ホリデーインの後ろにあります。アクセスは抜群です。朝食も無料にしては豊富な品揃えでした。スタッフも感じは良かったです。ドライヤーは部屋にはなく、フロントで無料貸し出しです。部屋が大変狭いので２人でスーツケース４つあったのはスペース的には大変でした。"

"Stayed here in February. Check-in was quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was number 5 and was beautiful with modern equipment. It nice and warm in our room throughout our stay. No need to go out, just get parked and have your evening meal in the pub/restaurant, I can recommend the fish & chips. If you are looking for accommodation in this area, I would definitely recommend Pack Horse. "
