"Always an amazing experience at this hotel. Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff. Great food. And of course the elephant experiences. The hotel had to react to the government disallowing elephant rides, and they added several new experiences. A few things such as the light switches, AC control etc. are a bit aged by now, but that doesn't take away from the overall top rating."

"The facility is a bit old but the room is clean and neat. My room was a bit far from the reception and needed to walk down and up the stairs, but it was also a pleasure of the trip. "Fasilitas dalam kamar dalam kondisi baik, setiap pagi selalu dibersihkan dg seksama, wifi lancar. Yang perlu diperhatikan adalah kondisi lantai k.mandi yg terlalu datar, tidak menurun ke saluran pembuangan. Akibatnya, setiap kali mandi, pasti ada air yg tergenang di lantai.
