"Without a doubt, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. When i first arrived there were 3 cop cars handling a 'situation' that went on for hours and required more police to arrive. There was visible fire damage to the outside. Next, the room was an absolute horror. The filthiest room I've ever seen. "The room was dirty first of all. No trash can at all. Wifi cuts in and out, dirt all over the walls, holes found beer cans behind bed, smelled awful with having a non smoking room the green cover blankets covered in burn holes, i booked one night online and made another booking before 11 this morning to extend our stay another night, paid and everything, go down stairs to let him know we rebooked the room and to get a new room key and the man wanted us to completely check out, and come back to...

"The staff was so friendly-those greeting us at the front door, the associates at the front desk, the bartenders and servers and the staff at the spa went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel is gorgeous and very well maintained. We had a special weekend and will definitely stay there again when we return to Roanoke."
