"Dinner was excellent with great service. Breakfast was ok. Picnic lunches were good. Place needs a deep cleaning. King room bed was comfortable but the floor carpet was super dirty. Guests walking upstairs generates lots of squeaking. Summer room was dirty with very old sofas. We felt walking around chairs were dusty and the property should be in better condition given the prices."

"It was fun to be able to walk around the entire resort… down to the general store, the ice cream parlor, the restaurant for a tasty beverage, coffee, and a delicious breakfast burrito in the morning… and walkback up to our room. The walkability of the entire resort was fun for us. We were there to be close to Fontana Dam and it’s very convenient."

"The Greystone Lodge is located perfect it’s right in front of Anakeesta and then to your right is the trolley and the aquarium… great hotel. I would stay there again.!!!"

"The check-in process was ok except for the part where they try to talk to you for 15mins about timeshare opportunities and then try to get you to come spend 90mins on one of your days to listen more.....then the keys didn't work and we had ti drive back to the check-in office cause our room was about 4 blocks up the road at a different "building"....room was not clean, smelled old and mildew'ish, a/c sounded like someone was crumbling paper while running, had to move the bed......it wasn't worth...

"What a helpful staff. The front desk helped book my wife and I a room on short notice very late at night. We left a rental property behind and cancelled our booking there due to many unpleasant issues with the property. We started our vacation out with the stress of all that and needing somewhere to simply sleep, we found this gem of a hotel. Noisey and smelly, but the attentiveness from the staff definitely made up for it(seriously), the topless gal in the pool was also a bonus.... Need an ego boost, check out the Applebee's two blocks down and realize you're crushing it in life..... "This was one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at! From check-in to check-out the experience was seamless. We were greeted by the staff immediately upon pulling in and they showed us to our room and made check-in very easy. The peaceful setting right on the river was a dream.
